- All rates are subject to an 11.42% Hawaiian State Tax
- Rates are based on double occupancy
- A deposit of $200.00 is required at time of booking to secure a reservation
- Reservations made in less than 30 days prior to arrival: full payment is required
- Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival
- Check in time is 2:30 pm
- Check out time is 11:00 am
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended
- Stays under 7 nights will be assessed a one time cleaning surcharge of $75
- CANCELLATION POLICY: We hope you do not have to cancel, but if it happens: For a deposit refund, less a $25 cancellation fee, cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival. For cancellation received within 30 days of arrival date, a 10% fee of the length of stay will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
PLEASE NOTE: Maximum occupancy is limited to two adults, non-smoking only
